Agreed on another 1.1 km of the disputed border between Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan and signed the relevant protocol. At the moment, 889.45 kilometers or about 90 percent of the total 972 kilometers border between the two countries has been clearly defined and demarcated. The remaining parts are controversial. That is, there are still territories that both sides claim as their own.
