Russia has finished deploying its tactical nuclear weapons to the border of Europe - Belarus.

Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that his country is ready for a nuclear war from a military and technical point of view, and that the strategic nuclear forces are always ready for combat. When asked about the possibility of using tactical nuclear weapons against Ukraine, he answered: "There is no need for it."

With effective means of delivering warheads anywhere in the Middle East region, Iran is officially preparing to become a nuclear power. 39 members of the Iranian parliament have appealed to the Supreme National Security Council with a proposal to amend the national defense doctrine, which currently prohibits the creation of nuclear weapons.

According to this document, Russia reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in response to the use of nuclear and/or other types of weapons of mass destruction against itself and/or its allies.
