Ishaq Dar reportedly expressed his views on the agreements reached during the recent trilateral talks in Kabul. He noted that the project has the potential to fundamentally change the regional trade and logistics system.

This railway is particularly significant because it directly connects Central Asia with South Asia, significantly reducing freight transport time and costs. It also provides Central Asian countries with access to seaports.
