In this regard, a ceremony of handing over humanitarian aid was held in the territory of the Astras company in Hayraton with the participation of Ismatulla Irgashev, the special representative of the President of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan, Sherzod Rajabov, the first deputy governor of the Surkhandarya region, and the officials of the Balkh region of Afghanistan.
