A new moon - Zulhijja crescent was seen in Hariyq region. The Supreme Court of Saudi Arabia announced the beginning of the month of Dhul-Hijjah, 1445 AH, on Friday, June 7. The 10th of Dhul-Hijjah, the first day of Eid al-Adha, falls on June 16.
Dhul-Hijjah crescent was sighted in Khareeq region of Saudi Arabia. This was officially announced by the Supreme Court of Saudi Arabia.
Accordingly, the Supreme Court of Saudi Arabia announced that the month of Dhul-Hijjah will begin tomorrow, Friday, June 7, 2024, 1445 AH.
June 15, 2024 is the day of Arafa, and June 16 is the first day of Eid al-Adha.
