Israeli warplanes attacked one of the buildings in Beirut, Lebanon, in order to kill Fouad Shukr, one of the high-ranking commanders of Hezbollah, a senior military adviser to Hassan Nasrullah and the head of the high-precision missile project. According to the sources, Fuad Shukr left the building before the attack, three people - a woman and two children were killed in the incident, many people were injured.

Last night, the Israeli aviation launched an attack on the south of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon. Axios reports, citing an Israeli official, that the target of the attack in Lebanon was Fuad Shukr, senior military adviser to Hassan Nasrallah and head of the high-precision missile project, responsible for all military operations of the movement.

As a result of the attack, three people - a woman and two children - were killed, and at least 66 people were injured.

Iran's Tasnim news agency reported that Fuad Shukr survived because he left the building before the attack. Shukr, also known as Haji Muhsin, was wanted by the FBI for his involvement in the 1983 bombing of a US Marine barracks.
