Most of the victims of the flood in the village of Abshir Ota, Nougat district, Osh region, are children and teenagers aged 8 to 19 years. A state of emergency has been declared in the area. It is said that the bridge collapsed on the Osh-Botken highway.

Heavy rains caused a flood in the Osh region of Kyrgyzstan. Also, the Akbuyra river overflowed its banks and flooded the streets of Osh, including the central market. At least five people were killed. Hundreds of houses and social facilities were destroyed.
