The President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokaev signed the decree accepting the resignation of the government of the country. Roman Vasilevich Sklyar was temporarily entrusted with the duties of Prime Minister.

A US Interior Department official has become the first Jewish official to publicly resign in protest of Israel's tacit support for its "genocidal" war in Gaza.
