Officials advise Muslims in Moscow to pray Eid prayers at home
The Moscow government recommends that Muslims read Ramadan at home. It was also noted that worshipers are informed about the restrictions introduced in the city "through relevant organizations" and that it is appropriate to pay special attention to labor migrants from Central Asian countries in this regard.
