Singapore's Islamic Religious Council has recognized artificial meat as halal and issued a fatwa allowing Muslims to consume these products if they are produced according to halal standards.

The religious administration of Karachay-Cherkas Muslims also made a decision on the temporary wearing of the veil in the republic. Ismail Haji Berdiev, the mufti of the Republic, the chairman of the Center for the Coordination of Activities of North Caucasian Muslims

The Council of Ulama of the Islamic Center of Tajikistan issued a fatwa banning women from wearing tight black dresses. "In order to protect the stability and security of the society, to respect the religious and national standards of ethics, the population should refrain from wearing any clothes that are foreign to our culture, religion and nation, that are not compatible with morals, and are promoted for malicious purposes," reads the fatwa.
