The Afghan government is negotiating with Russia and China to trade in their national currencies instead of dollars. Negotiations with the Russians are at an advanced stage. Mechanisms for mutual settlements in rubles and Afghanis are being developed.

It was reported that the relations expressed by the leaders of the RF party do not correspond to the spirit of comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance between Uzbekistan and Russia.
