Uzbekistan and Oman agreed to exempt holders of diplomatic passports from visa requirements
An agreement was signed between Uzbekistan and Oman on the exemption of holders of diplomatic passports from visa requirements. This was reported by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov.
According to him, Saidov met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Oman Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al-Busaydi.
"Uzbekistan and Oman are connected by a rich historical and cultural heritage and have common views on the path of prosperous development. The foreign ministries of the two countries have identified priority directions for further enriching our expanding bilateral cooperation, including trade and economy, "green" energy, interdependence, personnel "we discussed the issues of capacity building, promotion of public diplomacy, regional and global agenda," the minister wrote.
The head of the MFA added that an agreement was signed to exempt holders of diplomatic passports from visa requirements.
