The average age of women in marriages recorded during January-March 2024 was 23.3 years, and the average age of men was 28.2 years. The largest share of registered marriages was for women under the age of 25, that is, 77.2% of all marriages.
The number of divorces recorded in January-March 2024 amounted to 11.5 thousand, and compared to the corresponding period of 2020, it was observed that it increased by 3.7 thousand or by 1.5 times.
In January-March 2024, the number of divorces from childless marriages was 5,301 (46.2 percent), the number of divorces with 1 child was 3,402 (29.6 percent), and the number of divorces from marriages with 2 or more children was 2,778 (24.2 percent). organized.
The average age of divorced persons in January-March 2024 was 37.4 years for men and 32.5 years for women. The largest share of divorces occurred among divorcing women under the age of 35, that is, 62.5% of the total number of divorces.
