In January-March 2024, about 48,600 marriages were registered in Uzbekistan. This is 900 fewer than in the same period last year. The average age of women at marriage was 23.3 years, and the average age of men was 28.2 years. The number of divorces increased by 1.5 times compared to the corresponding period of 2020.

145,000 marriages and 160,000 divorces were registered in Russia in the first three months of this year. Experts say that divorces are not caused by financial problems, but rather by the weakness of the spiritual bond between the spouses, the lack of ability to adapt to each other and negotiate. Also, there is a low rate of divorce among those married under 30 years of age.

In Turkey, under the pretext of fighting for women's rights and gender equality, the attack on the position of men in the family creates new problems and conflicts. In particular, the "Istanbul Convention" signed in May 2011 brought the decline of the family to the highest level. Efforts based on a long-term carefully developed plan have not failed to bear their "fruit" - today the age of marriage and childbearing in Turkish society has increased, the number of marriages has decreased, and divorces have increased.
