    In January-March 2024, about 48,600 marriages were registered in Uzbekistan. This is 900 fewer than in the same period last year. The average age of women at marriage was 23.3 years, and the average age of men was 28.2 years. The number of divorces increased by 1.5 times compared to the corresponding period of 2020.
