The first Fargani satellite is ready for launch
Fergani Space CEO Selchuk Bayraktar announced that the company's first satellite will be launched this year.
He noted that the company is developing a series of low-orbit satellites that will be part of the next-generation Global Positioning System (GPS).
Ferghani's main goal is to send 120 satellites into space by 2030. At the moment, work on two satellites is underway. The company is also working on creating orbital vehicles.
The company was founded in 2022 and was named after the Uzbek astronomer and scientist Farghani.
