On June 2, at 10:28 a.m., the first scheduled flight of Qatar Airways to Tashkent took off from Doha airport, and the Airbus 320 aircraft landed in the capital of Uzbekistan at 1:30 p.m. local time. Flight time was 3 hours.
"Passenger flights on the Doha - Tashkent - Doha route are carried out four times a week - on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays on Airbus 320 aircraft. In the future, we are considering increasing the frequency of flights to Tashkent and launching flights to Bukhara and Samarkand," said Marvan Koleylat, senior vice president of the eastern region.
We remind you that the issue of starting these flights was announced at the end of April at the meeting between the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Qatar Ashraf Khodjaev and the Chief Executive Officer of Qatar Airways Badr Muhammad Al-Miyr.
