Japarov: We will turn Kyrgyzstan into a safe state
The Second People's Congress continues its work in Bishkek with the participation of the President of Kyrgyzstan and other officials .
At the Second People's Congress held in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan , the country's president Sadir Japarov expressed his opinion on a number of issues, including the problem of unemployment in the country and the increase in migration.
"That's why I say that there are jobs in Kyrgyzstan. On the contrary, there is a lack of personnel. Today there are more than 10,000 jobs. There is a shortage (of labor force - ed. ) in areas such as education, textiles , and construction. All these fields have good salaries. Major construction projects are expected in the near future. We need good builders," said Japarov.
Touching on the issue of digitalization in Kyrgyzstan, the President said that 300 video cameras have been installed at the Kumtor mine.
"Enterprises and factories have video surveillance cameras. They work day and night. Every gram of gold is under my control," he said.
The Kyrgyz leader noted that video surveillance cameras are connected at both border checkpoints and customs clearance points.
"You can see how many cars are passing through checkpoints and what kind of cargo is passing through. We are also increasing the number of checkpoints. "There has never been such an open case in the customs service," he said.
It was noted that digitization is actively going on within the borders of Kyrgyzstan. "Everyone living on the border should sleep peacefully. We will turn the Kyrgyz Republic into a safe country, " Japarov promised .
Sadir Japarov also paid attention to work in the energy sector of the republic.
"You can also see how much energy is consumed in GEs . It is possible to monitor how much water is being lost in the Toktogul reservoir. Do not believe the rumors about the energy of our country. Every drop of water is under our control," the head of Kyrgyzstan said .
The second People's Congress started on December 15 in Bishkek with the participation of the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadir Japarov. Nurlanbek Shakiev, chairman of the Dzhokorgi Kenesh, Oqilbek Japarov, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers, members of the Cabinet of Ministers, state and municipal employees are also participating in the congress.
The public sector consists of 700 delegates, including 640 delegates from all regions of the republic, 30 delegates from ethnic groups and 30 delegates from labor migrants abroad.
