"Criminal" who taught Quran arrested

In the Kitab district of the Kashkadarya region, during the "Safe and Healthy Homeland" comprehensive preventive measures, the activities of a person who illegally provided religious education and organized a cell were stopped, the regional Department of Internal Affairs reports.

It is noted that the citizen committed the "serious crime" of illegally gathering 9 minor children from Kitab, Chiraqchi, and Tashkent in his IV apartment and teaching them lessons based on the Holy Quran and the book "Muallimi Soniy" for $100 each.

For this illegal activity, documents were drawn up against him under Article 241 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (Violation of the Procedure for Teaching Religious Education) and sent to the Kitab District Criminal Court for legal action.
