Aliyev calls on Azerbaijani army to be ready for war

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has called on the country to be ready for war at any time, Anadolu reported.

"Our Armed Forces are on guard every minute, every day, ensuring the interests and security of our state. We are monitoring, observing and seeing potential sources of threat. We are increasing our military power," Aliyev emphasized.

He announced that the most modern drones and new artillery systems have been delivered to Azerbaijan. He added that contracts have been signed for the purchase of new combat aircraft, and existing ones have been fully modernized.

"We must be ready for war at any time, because the processes in the world are moving so quickly that it is impossible to predict what will happen tomorrow," said the Azerbaijani president.
