US imposes sanctions against International Criminal Court

US President Donald Trump has signed an executive order imposing sanctions on the International Criminal Court (ICC) in response to the ICC's arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.

The decree emphasizes:

"The International Criminal Court, established under the Rome Statute, is taking illegal and unjustified actions against America and our close ally Israel."
