UN: since October 7, almost 80 percent of the population of Gaza has been evacuated

Nearly 80 percent of Gaza's population, or 1.9 million people, have fled their homes since October 7. This was reported by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA).
"Since October 7, approximately 1.9 million people (or more than 80 percent of the population) have been displaced across the Gaza Strip," the organization said in its report.
According to the organization, as of December 2, about 1.2 million internally displaced people have taken shelter in 156 UN facilities in the Gaza Strip.
Earlier, we informed Russia that since November 25, a total of more than 150 people, including more than 70 children, were evacuated from the Gaza Strip in four groups.
