Thousands of people protest against Zelensky in Ukraine

Protests against Volodymyr Zelensky are taking place in all major cities of Ukraine. European countries are also dissatisfied with this and are threatening to cut off aid to Kiev, RBC reported.

It is worth noting that Zelensky has passed a law that strips key anti-corruption agencies, such as the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, of their independence. Under the new rules, control over these agencies is transferred to the Prosecutor General's Office, appointed by the president.

Thousands of people then protested in Kiev, Lviv, and Odessa, in what is being described as the first major anti-government demonstrations in Ukraine since the war began.
