Russian Foreign Ministry responds to note sent by Uzbekistan

Moscow is carefully studying the contents of the note submitted by Uzbekistan, said Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

According to him, this appeal has been submitted to the relevant authorities, and all objective information is currently being collected and sent to Tashkent in accordance with the established procedure.

"Relations between Russia and Uzbekistan are built on alliance and strategic partnership. Based on this, any issue of bilateral cooperation is approached from this perspective."

This statement came after the Uzbek Embassy sent an official note to the Russian Foreign Ministry expressing concern about some unpleasant situations facing citizens in Moscow, in particular, searches and rough treatment.

"The dialogue between the allies is open and any signals are seriously studied," Zakharova said.
