Protests in the US: Has Trump become a war criminal?

Protests against US President Donald Trump began in New York after the US military struck Iranian nuclear facilities.

NBC News reports that protesters have begun gathering in New York's Times Square and other locations across the United States. The demonstrations are taking place in response to the Trump administration's strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities.

In videos from the scene, we can see protesters holding placards reading "Trump is a war criminal."

Participants have gathered not only in Times Square in downtown New York, but also around the White House in Washington, D.C., as well as in Boston, Massachusetts. Rallies are also being held in Cincinnati, Ohio.
