The Abu Bakr mosque in Troitsk, Moscow Region was demolished due to public protests.

Commenting on the demolition of the Abu Bakr Mosque in Troitsk, Mufti of Moscow Ildar Alyautdinov said, "This event echoes with pain in the hearts of Muslims." According to him, the "Ilm and Faith" Muslim congregation in New Moscow is "preparing to build a new building that will meet all the requirements" of the mosque.

The Imam Bukhari mosque, built by Hashar on General Uzoqov Street in the Shaykhontohur district of Tashkent, was demolished. Residents of the area have appealed to the court regarding the situation. However, for some reason, the trial was postponed to January 29.
