The Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation have agreed to join the "System Operator" of Russia into the unified energy system of Central Asia. According to Russian Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilyov, this initiative is related not only to the export of electricity, but also to the management of flows between countries.
