Can we appreciate the scholars with whom the world shares our views?!

The main issue in the world's attention today is to stop the genocide being committed by the occupying Israeli army in Palestine and to bring the perpetrators to justice. Public outcry against the Zionist atrocities has already erupted in various countries, and a movement has begun to stop the ongoing massacre. Anti-genocide alliances are emerging in the world political arena.

Uzbekistan also officially announced its support for calls to stop the massacre in Gaza. As a clear expression of this, we can cite the speech of the Head of State Shavkat Mirziyoyev at the United Nations. The President emphasized: "We support the cessation of hostilities in the Gaza Strip, the removal of all obstacles to the delivery of humanitarian assistance to those suffering from hunger and inhumane conditions, and the recognition of the status of an independent state of Palestine on the basis of UN resolutions."

That is, the international arena is no longer openly expressing its desire to take action against Israel, and these calls are no longer in vain. The most striking manifestation of this was heard at the UN. At the new session of the UN General Assembly, Indonesian President Prabo Subianto announced his readiness to send 20,000 troops to Gaza to stop the genocide. This desire was assessed by other countries as part of Indonesia's initiative.

This stance by Indonesia and the UN shows how accurate and appropriate the commentary on the "Gaza Jihad Fatwa" by one of the few Uzbek scholars, Ustad Mubashshir Ahmad, is.

Today, countries are considering all possible solutions to the Israeli genocide. The fatwa of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, which we mentioned above, and the Master's commentary on this fatwa, regulate any initiative that may be taken by the UN.

After all, Mubashshir Ahmad's interpretation of the fatwa was aimed at preventing the population from taking initiatives independently of the governments and committing wrong actions.

The dramatic changes in recent UN meetings and the growing international opposition to the Israeli genocide all support the goal that Mubashshir Ahmed sets out in his commentary and urges everyone not to remain indifferent.

Every country has its own laws. Turkey has its own laws, Spain has its own laws. But whatever they may be, they serve one purpose: to ensure the well-being and peace of people, to be based on international humanitarian rules, to protect the rights of every person living in this country...

Today we see that the world agrees with Mubashshir Ahmed. The whole world supports the Master's comments against the genocide in Palestine, repeating them if necessary. Based on this, the Master's interpretation of the fatwa issued by the International Union of Muslim Scholars, and the fact that the essence and content of this fatwa correspond to the words spoken on international platforms, requires the vindication of one of the few scholars of Uzbekistan.

We hope that our government and the courts of our country, taking into account the trust our people place in their scholar, will ensure a fair verdict and will adequately appreciate the sacrifices made by Ustad Mubashshir Ahmad for the prosperity of our people and our country.
