Will the Tashkent Metro be free on Eid al-Adha?

Eid prayers are expected to be held in 122 mosques in the capital tomorrow, June 6. The Tashkent City Police Department also announced that some streets in the city will be temporarily closed from 00:00 to 08:00 on Eid al-Adha.

According to the Tashkent Metro State Enterprise, on this day, the metro will start operating two hours earlier than usual to provide convenience to passengers.

In addition, in honor of the holiday, the Tashkent Metro will provide free service to all passengers from 03:00 to 10:00.

Trains will also operate on the regular schedule on other holidays.
