Those who taught religious education to children were also held accountable in Fergana

Law enforcement agencies and relevant organizations conducted operational operations in the Fergana region to identify cases of religious instruction in cell settings, the State Security Service reports.

It is reported that a 34-year-old man living in the "Tegirmonbashi" residential complex in Yozyavon district has been giving religious lessons to 6 minor children in his apartment since June. All of the children, who are from Yozyavon, lived and received lessons in this apartment.

A 50-year-old resident of the "Mumtoz" residential complex in the Qoshtepa district set up a hujra at his residence on June 30. He began teaching religious lessons to girls born in 2009, 2013, 2014, and 2015 from the Charogan, Arol Boyech, and Navruz neighborhoods of Margilan city.

A 62-year-old resident of the "Tangriqul" religious education center in Dangara district has been teaching religious lessons to 4 children born in 2011, 2012, and 2015 at his residence since early June.

A similar situation was also identified at the educational center located in the "Vodil" Federal Educational Service Area of Fergana District. At this educational center, a 28-year-old resident of Fergana District provided religious education to 28 minors.

At present, the relevant documents regarding the above cases have been prepared and sent to the judicial authorities.
