The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, announced that in the current situation, when various dangers and threats are on the rise in the world, attention will be strengthened to increase the combat and moral potential of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan. He emphasized that preserving the peaceful and free life of the people remains the most important task.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized that at the meeting of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, attention will be paid to increasing the potential of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan, the press secretary of the president, Sherzod Asadov, reported.

In his speech, Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized that the most important task is to preserve and protect the independence and sovereignty of the state, the peaceful and free life of the people, as the most priceless wealth, in a situation where the whole world is extremely turbulent and dangerous.

"We must never forget: the security of our country, the defense of our country is the sacred duty of not only the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies, but also of all people who consider Uzbekistan as their motherland, regardless of nationality, language and religion.
