In Istanbul, in the presence of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the young scholars who completed Imam Termizi's work "Sunan" were presented with special permission by Muhaddith Sheikh Muhammad Awwama. On January 19, an international scientific conference dedicated to the study of the sayings of the Prophet and the science of hadith was held in Istanbul, Turkey, at the initiative of the President of Turkey, the press service of the Office of Muslims of Uzbekistan reports.
In the framework of this prestigious event, in the presence of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the young scholars who completed Imam Termizi's work "Sunan" were presented with special permission by Muhaddith Sheikh Muhammad Awwama.
A number of representatives of Uzbekistan, such as Muzaffar Komilov, adviser to the President of Uzbekistan on religion and inter-ethnic relations, Mufti Sheikh Nuriddin Khaliqnazar, chairman of the Office of Muslims, and Sadiqjon Toshboev, chairman of the Committee on Religious Affairs, took part in this conference.
The speakers who spoke paid special attention to the practical aspects of interpreting the hadiths in a modern interpretation and thereby resisting ideological threats and ideological attacks in the current complex era. Also, great emphasis was placed on the educational and moral aspects of hadiths today.
Scientific projects related to the science of hadith were presented by scholars headed by the head of "Darul Hadis", Muhaddith Sheikh Muhammad Awwoma Hafizahullah. It was also reported that the study and research of Imam Tirmidhi's work "Sunan" was completed, and the study of Imam Zarqani's commentary on the work "Mawahibu Laduniya" by Allama Qastalani was started. In addition, a special lesson on reading and commenting on Hafiz Suyuti's book "Tadrib al-Rawi" was held and special permission was given.
Speaking at the ceremony, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan emphasized that the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, is the most beautiful example for people, his good manners, and that he left the Qur'an and the Sunnah to the Muslim community. He noted that the research of Sunan" was a very meritorious work.
