Official information: The trial date in the case of Ustoz Mubashshir Ahmad has been set

The trial date in the case of the chairman of the board of trustees of the Central Asian Peoples' Foundation "Azon", the founder of the "Azon" projects, teacher Mubashshir Ahmad (Alisher Tursunov) has been set. The trial will begin on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the Uchtepa District Criminal Court of Tashkent, presided over by Judge Bobur Rakhimov. It is not yet known whether the trial will be open or closed.

We would like to remind you that teacher Mubashshir Ahmad (Alisher Tursunov) has been in custody since his deportation to Uzbekistan on Saturday, May 10 of this year, in violation of Turkish and international law. A criminal case was initiated against him under Article 244, Part 3 of the Criminal Code, and later an additional charge was announced under Part 1, Subparagraph "g" of the same article. Some time later, Part 2 of Article 156 was also added to the case.

We ask the general public not to be indifferent to the triumph of justice in the trial of the ulema Mubashshir Ahmad, whose only concern is for this people and this nation to achieve happiness in both worlds. At the same time, we ask them to approach the current reality with restraint and rationality, and not to give in to unnecessary emotions.
