A 31-year-old man was arrested on March 27 (only his initials are shown in the text — A.). He is charged under part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of Russia (Public incitement, justification or propaganda of terrorism). The maximum penalty provided for in this article is five years in prison.

According to the report, the accused does not have a permanent place of residence in Russia, nor is he registered. The court kept him in custody for two months.
