He called on citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and other countries to leave Ukraine

A number of countries, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, called on their citizens to leave Ukraine. Ukraine has started striking Russian territory with missiles provided by the West. Russia is preparing to respond to this.
The embassies of a number of countries, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan in Kyiv, advised their citizens to leave Ukraine.
"Due to increasing artillery fire and airstrikes in Ukraine, for the sake of security, the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine advises citizens of Kazakhstan to consider leaving Ukraine or areas close to active military operations," the diplomatic mission of Kazakhstan said.
In addition, the Kazakh embassy urged "all citizens to ignore the airstrike warning and seek shelter immediately, observe their own security measures and follow official government recommendations."
Citizens of Kazakhstan were informed that they can use land to leave Ukraine for Kazakhstan: those with Schengen visas can go through Poland, and those without visas can go through Moldova.
The Embassy of Azerbaijan canceled consular receptions on November 20 and 21 "in light of the spread of information about increased security threats." Citizens who choose to stay in the country were advised to pay very close attention to air raid signals and follow the advice of Ukrainian authorities.
The Kyrgyz embassy made the same recommendation. The message was last posted on the website and social networks of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Ukraine on November 18.
On November 20, the embassies of the United States, Greece, Spain and Italy in Kiev also announced that they were temporarily closed due to reports of a major missile attack by Russia. Employees were advised to stay in safe areas. The speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Georgiy Tykhi, commented on the current events.
"The threat of fire from an aggressor state has, unfortunately, been a daily reality for Ukrainians for more than 1,000 days," said a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He recommended to foreign embassies not to escalate the situation, to all residents of Ukraine to be vigilant and not to ignore air raid signals.
Let us remind you that the USA, Great Britain and France allowed Ukraine to use their long-range missiles to attack the territory of Russia. Later it became known that Ukraine attacked the Bryansk and Kursk regions of Russia with ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles. In turn, it was reported that Russia is preparing to carry out large-scale strikes.
