"We have very big entrepreneurs included in the Forbes list. We will talk with them and attach them to each region, district, village, and they will be responsible by name . This is also in their interests," Toq aev said.
The President of Kazakhstan also thanked the volunteers for their help in the fight against the consequences of the flood in the Kostanay region. Toq aev noted that he sympathizes with the volunteers and is ready to support their efforts.
As part of his visit to the affected area, the President flew over the flooded areas and met with the residents of the disaster zone , personally inspected the extent of the damage and coordinated further relief efforts.
Kazakhstan continues to struggle with the consequences of severe floods that began in March, as a result of which more than 117 thousand people were evacuated from various settlements.
The republic is facing the worst flood in the last 80 years . The disaster directly affected eight regions of the country. Flooding in these areas has been going on for almost a month. In particular, a large amount of snow and ice melting created a difficult situation in the regions of Akmola, Kostanay and North Kazakhstan.
