It was announced that children who have visited the mosque at least 10 times will be given a bicycle as a gift in Istanbul's Kagithane district.
DHA reports that the project "Young people are waking up, families are united in prayer" has been launched in the Kagitkhane district of Istanbul, Turkey , in order to accustom children to go to the mosque and pray .
In the project, a bicycle will be presented as a gift to the children who have attended the meeting program held at least 10 times every Sunday in different mosques in the district.
This project is supported by Ka Gitxane Hokimality and National Education Directorate , Educational Support Platform, "Jihannuma" , " Eitim-Bir-Sen " , " Ansor" Foundation , District Mufti, " Anatolian Youth Foundation" (non-governmental non-profit organization - editor .) , " Hayrat " foundation , Imam ‑kh ati b alumni association , Turkish youth foundation , Human and cultural movement and It was announced that it will be implemented by the Human Aid Foundation.
Within the framework of the project "Young people are waking up, the family meets in prayer", the meeting program held every Sunday in different mosques in the district aims to encourage children and young people to go to the mosque, perform religious duties and gain knowledge. At the end of the project, children and young people who have visited the mosque at least 10 times will be awarded with a bicycle.
The mayor of Kagi Tkhane , Mevlut Oztekin , noted that children and young people who attended the morning prayer every Sunday showed great interest in this project. "Our children and youth showed great interest in the project. Most of them come to prayer together with their family members. We are forming a congregation of up to 2,000 people every Sunday. We want them to improve their spirituality and enjoy the beauty of such a peaceful environment as a family. We also reward them for promotion purposes. I would like to thank the participants individually," he said.
