"Arkadag" to build a mosque in Azerbaijan

Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan, former President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, has promised to build a mosque in the city of Fuzuli, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said, Orient reported.

According to Aliyev, during his visit to Fuzuli, Berdimuhamedov expressed Turkmenistan's readiness to build a mosque in the city.

Aliyev "accepted the offer with gratitude." The Azerbaijani leader also added that the mosque project is ready and construction will begin soon.
