According to court documents, AX, who was born in Koshtepa district of Fergana region, went to work in St. Petersburg, Russia. However, he disagreed with his compatriots on the salary issue and was arrested. The lawyer says that he can be imprisoned for five years and that he can avoid imprisonment in exchange for participating in the war in Ukraine. In exchange for immunity, AX signs two copies of the contract provided by the police and participates in military operations in Ukraine after two months of military training.

AX, who was injured during the attack of Ukrainian drones on the Russian military convoy on the border of Luhansk, regained consciousness after a month of treatment.

The court found AH guilty under part 1 of Article 154 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan (enlisting in the military service, security, police, military justice bodies or other similar bodies of foreign countries) and sentenced him to 5 years in prison.

Earlier, a 56-year-old Uzbek citizen was also imprisoned for 3 years for participating in the war in Ukraine.
