452 Quran memorizers awarded diplomas in Turkey

At an event held in Ordu, Turkey, the Chairman of the Directorate of Religious Affairs, Dr. Ali Erbaş, presented special diplomas to 452 Quran memorizers.

It was reported that 306 reciters and 146 elders were honored to receive this diploma at the ceremony.

Erbaş stated that to date, more than 255,000 Quran memorizers in Turkey have received diplomas. If we include those who have not received official documents, this number could approach half a million.

"Allah Almighty revealed the Quran to our Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as the greatest miracle. Its writing, preservation over the centuries, and memorization are all miracles in themselves. No other book has been memorized from beginning to end except the Quran," said Ali Erbash in his speech.
