Eating right during Ramadan: artificial intelligence has the answer

The blessed month of Ramadan is upon us. Eating right during this month allows us to pray with devotion, avoid wasting money, and also to consider the plight of the poor and needy. We asked Artificial Intelligence to provide recommendations on eating right during this month.

To stay healthy and energized during Ramadan, you should follow these dietary recommendations:

Recommendations for breakfast :

1. Eat a well-balanced diet. Eat foods rich in protein and complex carbohydrates ( grains , wheat, rice, vegetables and greens , eggs, dairy products) that will keep you feeling full for a long time.

2. Avoid sugar and sweets. They can quickly increase blood sugar levels and increase hunger throughout the day.

3. Don't forget to drink water. Drink at least 2 glasses of water before breakfast, and avoid salty and fatty foods to avoid dehydration.

4. Limit coffee and strong tea. They quickly remove water from the body.

Recommendations for Iftar:

1. Break your fast lightly . Breaking your fast with dates and water is sunnah and very beneficial. After that, it is better to start with light meals ( soup , salad).

2. Eat slowly. Eating too much at once makes the digestion process difficult.

3. Pay attention to a balanced diet. Eat foods rich in protein and carbohydrates (meat, fish, legumes, vegetables).

4. Drink enough water. It is recommended to drink 1.5-2 liters of water within 1-2 hours after iftar.

Other important tips:

Avoid " fast food " and fried foods. They make digestion difficult and strain the digestive system.

Control your calories. Eating too many heavy foods can lead to weight gain.

Don't forget about physical activity. Walking or light exercise improves digestion.

Following these recommendations will help you stay healthy and alert during Ramadan.
