Trump suspends foreign aid programs for 90 days

US President Donald Trump has signed more than 200 executive orders since his inauguration, including suspending all US foreign programs, including those in Ukraine, for 90 days, withdrawing from the WHO and the Paris climate accords, and requiring the federal government to recognize only two immutable genders - male and female.

He pardoned 1,500 participants in the January 6, 2021 Capitol riot, lifted the TikTok ban, ordered a comprehensive review of U.S. foreign aid spending, declared a national emergency on the Mexican border, and withdrew from the WHO and the Paris climate accords.

Donald Trump has signed an executive order suspending all foreign aid programs, including to Ukraine, for 90 days. During this period, the assistance will be reviewed to ensure it is in line with US national interests and foreign policy objectives.

In addition, Trump signed an executive order to end the automatic granting of US citizenship to children born in the US to illegal immigrants.

Trump has rolled back protections for transgender people and ended diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in the federal government. Both actions are major changes in federal policy and are in line with his campaign promises.

Under the order, the federal government recognizes only two fixed genders - male and female - which are determined by whether people are conceived by an "egg" or "sperm," not by their chromosomes.

The order would segregate federal prisons, rape shelters, and immigrant shelters by gender. Federal taxpayer money would no longer be used to fund "transitional services."

According to a White House document, Trump has already instructed the State Department to implement a policy of protecting national interests based on the principle of "America First."

The US President also announced that he will soon have a phone conversation and a personal meeting with Vladimir Putin. After that, he said that he will announce the exact dates for the end of the war in Ukraine.
