The court arrested three more defendants in the "Crocus City Hall" terrorist attack case
The Basmanny Court of Moscow decided to arrest three more defendants - brothers Dilovar and Aminjon Islamov and their father Israel - in the criminal case related to the terrorist attack in "Crocus City Hall" at the request of the investigation. The number of victims of the tragedy reached 139 people, and the number of victims reached 361 people.
On March 25, the Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested three more defendants in the criminal case related to the terrorist attack on " Crocus City Hall " at the request of the investigation.
Brothers Dilovar and Aminjon Islamov and their father Israel were detained for two months, until May 22.
According to the court, all three defendants are accused of committing a terrorist attack that resulted in the death of a person as part of an organized group (paragraph b of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Dilovar and Aminjon Islamov have already been indicted, their father remains a suspect.
A day ago, the court arrested four persons - Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda, Muhammadsobir Fayzov and Shamsiddin Faridou - who were found to be direct participants in the terrorist attack.
Two of them pleaded guilty.
For information, on March 22, the number of victims of the terrorist attack committed by four gunmen at the Crocus City Hall concert hall in the Moscow region has reached 139, 75 of whom have been identified. The number of victims reached 361 people (182 people were injured).
According to the sources of the "Baza" Telegram channel, such a sharp increase in the number of victims is explained by the fact that people began to ask for psychological help en masse. In some cases, patients are also victims. Most of them complain of insomnia, anxiety and psychological trauma.
