Moscow's Basmanny Court has completed its investigation of a preliminary injunction against a suspect who was previously arrested in the Crocus City Hall entertainment center attack.

All four persons brought to court are citizens of Tajikistan - Dalerjon Barotovich Mirzoev, Saidakrami Murodali Rachabalizoda, Muhammadsobir Zakir j onovich Fayzov and Shamsidin Fariduni.

According to the investigation, the leader of the group is Dalerjon Mirzoev.

It was revealed at the court hearing that 32-year-old Mirzoev is originally from Tajikistan , and his three-month registration period in Novosibirsk has expired. He is married and has four children, the eldest of whom was born in 2018. He did not have a permanent job.

The meeting with the participation of Dalerjon Mirzoev was held closed to the press because the open hearing could "result in the disclosure of the secrets of the investigation" and "threat the safety of the participants in the process and their relatives." The accused answered the questions with the help of an interpreter.

At the meeting, Saidakrami Rachabalizoda also communicated with the help of a translator. He is 30 years old, married and has a child. According to the accused, he was registered in Russia, but he did not remember where.

During the arrest of Saidakram Rachabalizoda, part of his ear was cut off.

He is a citizen of Tajikistan, registered in Podolsk. In 2018, the court fined him 5,000 rubles for overstaying in the country for more than 90 days and ordered him to leave the Russian Federation "independently under supervision."

He is 19 years old, single and has no children. Citizen of Tajikistan. He worked as a hairdresser in the Ivanovo region and left his job in January. He was injured in his left eye during the arrest.

According to preliminary information, it was Fayzov who recorded the video of the killing of people during the terrorist attack, which was later published by an agency affiliated with the terrorists of the Islamic State.

Shamsidin Faridoun , who is suspected of committing a terrorist attack .

The fourth participant is Shamsidin Fariduni. He is 25 years old, married, and has an eight-month-old child. Citizen of Tajikistan, worked at a parquet factory in Podolsk , registered in Krasnogorsk. One of the four defendants knows Russian and can communicate without the help of an interpreter.

He confessed his guilt.

The court session was closed to the press.

All four were convicted of committing a terrorist act with the participation of a group of individuals and sentenced to life imprisonment. They were detained pending investigation.

Earlier it was reported that 11 people were arrested. The status of the remaining suspects and their involvement in the terrorist attack are currently unknown.
