Schools and universities in the Lebanese capital were closed
After Israel's night strikes on Beirut, the Ministry of Education decided to close all schools and universities in the Lebanese capital. Because of Israeli aggression, thousands of students became refugees, and schools were used as shelters.
"Al-Arabiya" reports that the Ministry of Education decided to close all schools and universities in the capital of Lebanon after the night strikes of Israel on Beirut.
According to AFP, Israel struck 200 targets in Lebanon in the last 36 hours. The bombs fell, among other things, on a busy shopping area in Beirut, causing a fire that engulfed several shops. The fuel tanks exploded as a result of the fire.
With the beginning of Israeli aggression, education for schoolchildren and students in the country became very complicated. Hundreds of thousands of people became refugees, and schools became temporary shelters for them.
Israel claims Hezbollah is waging a war in Lebanon, but its strikes are killing thousands of civilians.
According to Lebanese officials, Israeli strikes killed 3,480 people in the country, while Hezbollah killed only 48 Israeli soldiers.
