Israel is deliberately starving Palestinians in Gaza – Amnesty International

Yesterday, August 18, the human rights organization Amnesty International accused Israel of deliberately pursuing a policy of starvation against Palestinians in Gaza, Al Arabiya reported.

It is noted that the occupying Israel has severely restricted the access of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip during the 22-month war, but has denied these accusations. The report, published by Amnesty International, also cites testimonies from doctors who treated displaced Palestinians and children. It states that the Zionists are systematically carrying out a campaign aimed at the physical destruction of Muslims. This is part of the Israeli genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

The organization interviewed 19 displaced Palestinians living in temporary camps in recent weeks, as well as doctors working in two hospitals in Gaza City. The Israeli army and the Foreign Ministry did not immediately respond to requests for comment from AFP.
