According to Milliyet's sources in the security forces, the three Uzbeks who killed Rabbi Tsvi Kogan in the UAE were caught in a special operation by the MİT and the police while leaving the Istanbul airport and taking a taxi, and were handed over to the UAE.

According to information received from security sources, the killers of Israeli/Moldovan citizen Rabbi Tzvi Kogan, who was killed in the United Arab Emirates, were caught in a secret operation organized by the National Intelligence Organization (MİT) and the police in Turkey, Milliyet reported.

It is noted that after it was found that the three citizens of Uzbekistan who killed Rabbi Kogan, who had been running a kosher shop in Dubai since 2020, fled, the UAE government asked Turkey for help. MİT also started working to catch them.

When the individuals landed in Istanbul, the police force began to follow them. The taxi in which they were riding was monitored step by step by MİT and the police.

Police teams stopped the taxi for traffic control and arrested 3 people wanted by the UAE after checking documents.

28-year-old Olimbay Tahirovich, 28-year-old Mahmudjon Abdurrahim and 33-year-old Azizbek Kamilovich, who are suspected of killing the rabbi, were extradited to the country where the crime was committed - UAE.
