Al Jazeera citing its sources, Hamas has accepted a three-phase truce proposal that includes captures in the Gaza Strip, an end to the siege, and post-war reconstruction.

Each phase of the truce lasts 45 days and includes agreements to exchange prisoners and bodies, end the siege, and rebuild.

Hamas has demanded an end to ceasefire talks , the withdrawal of Israeli troops and the start of reconstruction before the start of the second phase.

The offer is said to have been accepted in exchange for 1,500 prisoners, including 500 life and death sentences, as well as all women, children and the elderly .

In particular, Hamas in the first phase:

— to release Israeli prisoners, children, women, the elderly and the sick;

to deliver at least 500 trucks of humanitarian aid and fuel to the entire Gaza Strip per day ;

— At least 60,000 temporary houses and 200,000 shelter tents will be included in the Gaza Strip ;

- the return of displaced people to their homes , guarantees of free movement between the north and south of the Gaza Strip ;

— to guarantee the implementation of the agreement from Qatar, Egypt, the USA, Turkey and Russia ;

- requires approval of plans for the reconstruction of houses, economic and public facilities within a maximum of 3 years.

According to Abu Ali Mustafa, the representative of the resistance brigade, the Zionist prisoners will not be released until the attacks on the Gaza Strip are completely stopped and all the troops are withdrawn.

"We are fighting the battle of Al-Aqsa flood with our brothers, resisting on all fronts and inflicting casualties on the enemy. "Zionist prisoners will not return home until an agreement is reached guaranteeing a cease-fire and the complete withdrawal of troops from the Gaza Strip," he said.
