Despite Israeli restrictions, 120,000 Palestinians performed Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa

Despite all the obstacles imposed by Israel, about 120,000 Palestinians performed the second Friday prayer of the holy month of Ramadan in Al-Aqsa Mosque .

Tens of thousands of Palestinians passed through military checkpoints between the West Bank and Jerusalem on the morning of March 22.

Israeli security forces have checked the documents of Palestinians trying to enter the Islamic shrine for Friday prayers, turning most of them away due to age restrictions.

Due to the intervention of the Israeli police, there were occasional clashes between Palestinians leaving Al-Aqsa Mosque and security forces.

According to the Jerusalem Islamic Endowment Authority, 120,000 Palestinians prayed Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque.
