Israel killed about 500 Lebanese, including 35 children, and injured about 1,700 people in Lebanon within 24 hours. The General Staff of the Israeli army announced that in the last 24 hours, more than 1,100 targets were attacked with the help of more than 1,400 ammunition, and about 650 sorties were carried out.

In the last 24 hours, 492 people, including 35 children, were killed and 1,645 were injured as a result of Israeli airstrikes across Lebanon, the country's Ministry of Health reported.

The Israeli army carried out hundreds of airstrikes, mainly in the southern cities of the country, as well as in the Bekaa and Baalbek areas.

Against the background of the attacks, the wave of migration of the population from the southern regions to the capital Beirut and the northern regions continues.

Lebanon's Ministry of Education announced a nationwide school closure, while the Interior Ministry said schools in the south were open to accommodate those displaced by Israeli attacks.
