The explosion in the building on Lenin Street took place early in the morning, when no one was inside. The blast wave broke the windows of the building, scattered food on the shelves, damaged the ceiling, glass cases (showcase) and the drinks refrigerator. The restaurant is now fenced off. Police are working at the scene.
